Beef Taco Skillet

The ingredients are basic the measurements are easy to remember and the best part it only dirties up one pan!
... although we like it, it does seem a little simple for a dinner- maybe a lunch or served as a side but we couldn't decided what the main course would be if this was a side.... but Enjoy!

Beef Taco Skillet:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup salsa
6 tortillas
1/2 cup cheese

1. cook meat in 10-in skillet until browned; drain
2. tear tortillas into 1-in strips (or bite sized pieces)
3. mix tomato soup, water, salsa, and torn tortillas with beef
4. bring to boil; then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes (or until hot and bubbly)
5. top with cheese and enjoy

You can also add 1/2 cup sour cream to make it more creamy- when I made it for the girls and me I omitted the salsa and include the sour cream- it was creamy without the spice (which we all preferred! Devin was taking finals or else this would have been an abomination!)
