Carmel Cheesecake

I got this from Jonnna in my old ward, it is super rich and really good!!

12 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 oz. cans)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup heavy whip cream
9" graham cracker crust

I sometimes will substitute half a can of Nestle La Lechera (dulce de Leche). It makes it a caramel cream cheese cake. Beat cream cheese a little, add rest of ingredients. Mix it till it is fluffy and stiff and refrigerate.

I think this recipe was halved b/c it would make the perfect amount for 2 cheese cakes if doubled.
