Asian Noodle Stir Fry

This is something that Devin and I throw together when we've both had a long day and get home late. It's simple and we like it! :-) and as always there are no measurements- seriously we just throw it all in!

Spaghetti noddles- we use angle hair because it's Devin's favorite but either works

Boneless skinless chicken breasts- cubed and cooked (we just fry it in a frying pan with a little butter)

Frozen vegetable mix- (Asian style is best (of course) we use Bird's Eye Asian Stir-Fry from Sam's club and use about 1/3 of the bag)

about 1 TBSP oil

Yoshida's original sauce

Cook noodles as directed or desired!
Heat oil in large frying pan (we use a wok) over medium heat, pour in desired amount of vegetable mix, cover and heat for about 5 minutes- stirring occasionally
Add Yoshida's sauce (or if there is a sauce packet- like in the Bird's Eye- add that, then add Yoshida's sauce if needed for extra flavor) to taste. Add noodles, and cooked chicken. Cover and let heat another 5 minutes or so- stirring occasionally
