Cookies and Cream Truffles

1/2 pkg oreos
1/2 of 8oz pkg Cream cheese
abt 1 cup Chocolate chips

smash oreos into crumbs (food processor works great, or rolling pin)
cream together crumbs and cream cheese
Roll into balls

Melt chocolate dip in balls let set on wax paper to harden (put in fridge to harden faster)

Tip: be sure to temper you chocolate with a tiny bit of shortening (for that shiny look)
