E&K Meatloaf

I got this from our dear friends Erick and Kirsten (I think she got it from her grandma):

1/2 lb ground beef

1 (16 oz) sausage

3 eggs

bread crumbs

ketchup

Mix together meats, eggs, and bread crumbs with about 1/4 cup ketchup

Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 for abt 1 hour

Drain drippings, mix with ketchup and pour back on top

Bake for 5-10 more until carmalized

Serve with mashed potatoes

When they made it for us they used hot sausage and threw in onions and peppers... it was good but HOT so when I made it I used regular sausage and didn't have onions or peppers and it still turned out great!
